The peanut butter production line starts with selected peanuts as the main raw material. The peanuts are roasted, peeled, and crushed, then mixed with edible oil, sugar, salt, and other flavoring agents according to the recipe. The mixture is blended, homogenized, degassed, and pasteurized to ensure a smooth texture, rich flavor, and product stability.
The blended peanut butter undergoes homogenization and is then sterilized at high temperature (typically 85-90°C) to extend shelf life. After sterilization, the peanut butter is filled into containers such as jars, cans, or pouches using automatic filling machines.
Post-filling, the product goes through secondary pasteurization, usually via water bath pasteurizers or spray cooling tunnels, cooling from about 80°C down to 30°C to ensure safety and quality. Finally, the filled containers are packed into cartons or shrink-wrapped for transportation and storage.
The production line includes:
Peanut pre-treatment (roasting, crushing) and mixing systems
Blending, homogenizing, and degassing systems
High-temperature pasteurization system
Automatic filling and secondary pasteurization machines
CIP (Cleaning In Place) system
Machine capacity ranges from 150 kg/h to 600 kg/h.
