Product Description

General Introduction:

This production line automatically finish film feeding, printing, bag making, filling and sealing, all in one machine.
It widely applied to 50-3000ml Non-PVC soft bag for general solution, special solution, dialysis solution, parenteral nutrition, Antibiotics, Irrigation and disinfectant solution etc.

1. Precision temperature control, temperature error can be controlled by ± 0.5 ºC, the Start-Stop control accuracy ± 1.5 ºC, precise temperature control devices ensure that all qualified membrane.
 2. Precise filling system, the filling system is calculated by mass flowmeter with high filling precision, which can meet the filling range from 100ml-10000ml. It adopts high pressure filling to ensure production speed. 
3. Zero-tolerance manufacturing process to ensure that mold flatness and parallelism tolerances, easy replacement, no adjustment and no-layer. Customized printing design,compatible with pre-printed film.  
4. Pharmaceutical 100-1000ml Non-PVC Soft bag line adopts structural design without middle waste edge, high production efficiency, stable product performance, simple and reliable operation and nice appearance.
