Raw Material Preparation
Mixing Ingredients:
The raw ingredients (flour, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, etc.) are mixed in the automatic planetary mixer to form a uniform cake batter. If chocolate chips, fruit, or other additives are required, they are incorporated during this stage. The batter is then transferred to the batter storage tank.
Cream Preparation (Optional):
For filled cupcakes, cream (chocolate, fruit jam, or vanilla filling) is prepared separately in a cream mixer.
Paper Cup Feeding
The automatic paper cup feeding machine accurately dispenses and places paper cups onto the baking trays. This step is essential to ensure that each cupcake has the proper container before filling.
Batter Depositing
The automatic batter depositor fills each paper cup with a precise amount of batter, ensuring uniformity in weight and volume.
For filled cupcakes, an additional step is added where a cream filling depositor injects cream into the center of the batter.
Topping (Optional)
If additional toppings (such as chocolate chips, nuts, or sprinkles) are required, the automatic topping machine adds them evenly over the batter before baking.
Baking
The trays filled with cupcake batter are automatically conveyed into the tunnel oven for baking. The baking time and temperature are controlled digitally to ensure perfect texture, moisture, and consistency.
Cooling
Once baked, the cupcakes are transferred to the cooling conveyor. A cooling fan system rapidly reduces the temperature of the cupcakes to prevent condensation and maintain their shape and freshness.
Automatic Demolding
The baked and cooled cupcakes are automatically demolded from the trays if required. Cupcakes remain inside the paper cups for packaging.
Packaging
The cupcakes are transferred to the automatic packaging system, where they can be packed individually (for single-serve portions) or in multi-packs. Options include pillow packing, tray packing, or heat-sealing depending on customer needs.
