This Drum-type biscuit forming machine is a special design for extruding biscuits.This machine consists of hollow shaft, rotating drum, conical injection nozzle, feed pumps, hoppers, piping accessories, power systems and electrical control system.
Matched with tunnel steel belt oven, it is set above the tunnel steel belt. By adjusting rolling speed, it can make squeezing speed of cone injection to match speed of tunnel oven belt. Adjusting pressure of feeding pump outlet can regulate biscuit forming size. The machine requires dough lenient consistence and viscosity during producing biscuit, so it is adaptable and even.
The oven is grouped into heat control zones. The top and bottom heat are independently adjustable and preset. To allow independent movement of the chamber to relieve stresses when expanding or contracting.
High-quality thermal insulating material is used to get good insulation and efficient fuel usage.
Outer covers paint with hard finish gloss paint.
Fully automatic PID temperature control and automatic constant temperature.
