Application:
The fruit juice production line is designed to process a variety of juices, including orange juice, mango juice, apple juice, mixed fruit juice, and more. It starts with fresh fruit or concentrated juice as the raw material. For concentrated juice, RO water is added to reconstitute it to the desired Brix level. For fresh fruit, washing, sorting, peeling, and juicing are performed before filtration and blending.
Sugar, citric acid, flavors, and stabilizers may be added depending on the recipe. The juice is then mixed, homogenized, degassed, and pasteurized to ensure flavor stability and extended shelf life. The finished juice is filled into various containers such as bottles, pouches, cans, or cartons.
Hot filling (at 85-90°C) or cold aseptic filling can be applied depending on the product type and shelf life requirements. After filling, the juice may go through a cooling tunnel or a secondary pasteurization process. Finally, the filled containers are packed into cartons, shrink wraps, or trays.
