Product Description

Application:
The chocolate bean production line is used to produce chocolate beans. Various shapes of chocolate candy are available, such as beans, ball, egg, heart shaped chocolate beans and so on.This production line consist of mold rollers, cooling system, conveyor belt transmission system, screening rollers, and PLC control system.
With enclosed working area and automatic running, it keeps high standard food hygiene during chocolate beans production. The chocolate syrups is feeding by the thermal tank though pump to the mold, the mold is working under the refrigeration situation.
Then transferred to cooler of appro.5°C though conveyor for further definite form.
The finalized shape enter the roller screen barrel for remove the burr of core and automatically discharged.There are two sets of forming rollers and separated conveyor belt in cooling tunnel, which means it can produce products by two different shape at the same time.
