Product Description

General Description:
This machine is used to coating biscuit sticks, with kind of coating materials like milk, cream, chocolate or jams, to make different flavors of products.
It starts with manual feeding of baked biscuit sticks, manually put the biscuit sticks into the biscuit hopper, the biscuit sticks drops automatically into mold,  the pushing device levelly push the biscuit sticks into the holes of fixture, then the fixture fixed the biscuit sticks closely; Driven by the chain, the biscuit sticks moves downwards; then the fixture moves forwards, the chocolate cream tanks moves up and down to enrobing chocolate on the biscuit sticks, with slight vibration to remove the extra chocolate cream; after chocolate enrobing, the fixture moves forwards into the cooling tunnel; after cooling, the biscuit sticks are ready for packing.
This production machine is specially developed for stick biscuit dip coating chocolate,  which reducing the manual link greatly, and highly improving the product quality, safety and quality.
 This machine adopts electric, gas and photoelectric tracking control, with high degree of automation, uniform dip coating liquid level, smooth product appearance and uniform coating surface thickness. After the first coating, the granule material is sprinkled, and then it is slightly cooled, and the second coating is carried out,  then it enters the cooling tunnel.
