Product Description

Application:
This shaped bag sachet packing machine, could be used to pack liquid, cream, sticky product such as cosmetic, syrup, honey, drinks, chemical products and so on.
Features:

1. PLC and touching screen is from Omron to ensure the machine control stable.
2. Servo motor to control the sachet pushing, bag forming accuracy could be assured.
3. Panasonic eye marking checking sensor to guide the forming and sealing in the correction position.
4. Temperature control and reply to be used the same brand Omron as PLC to ensure machine working synchronous.
5. All connect with product parts is made of stainless steel 304(SS 316 is optional, which depends on customer requirements, while the SS316 cost will be higher than SS304).
6. The liquid packaging adopts the cylinder of Taiwan Air Tack, which is the best choice in domestic for liquid packaging.
