In the plastic extrusion molding equipment, the plastic extruder is usually called the main machine, and the supporting equipment plastic extrusion molding machine is called the auxiliary machine. The extrusion system includes a screw, a barrel, a hopper, a head, and a die. The plastic is plasticized into a uniform melt through the extrusion system, and is continuously extruded by the screw under the pressure established in the process.

 Machine Details:Extruding machine: single screw extruder with Omron temperature control meter and frequency control, can achieve high output and high efficiency. If the product requires high precision, meter pump will be used.  

Clothes rack type mould adopts double throttle design to control the sheet thickness more precisely.
±1ºC temperature control can precisely control the plastification, sheet thickness and smoothness.
The three roller calendar can be horizontal, vertical or 45degree tilted, also it can freely go up and down.
Sheet thickness is controlled through screw adjustment and press roller bilateral control.
Independent roller temperature control system can precisely control the temperature of press roller to make the sheet thickness even. Sheet shearing machine can precisely control the sheet length.
The sheet winder uses high torque motor to freely adjust the speed and winding tension.

The line is fixed with automatic meter counter to control the product length

 Details:This production line consists of single screw extruder, clothes rack type mould, three roller calendar, cooling haul rack, sheet shearing machine and other auxiliary machines. It can produce single layer or multiple layers co-extrusion sheet such as PS board, PS sheet, PC board, PC sheet,  ABS-HIPS refrigerator sheet, ware board, PC hollow sheet (sunlight plate) PC intramembrane co-extrusion luggage plate, PMMA light guide plate, diffusion board and PC corrugated sheet, etc.
The sheet/board thickness can be 0.5-20.0mm, width can be 3m.
