Fully automatic popping boba filling capping line
Part 1 Application:
This filling capping processing line is applicable to fill and seal cans, jars, bottles, trays and so on, used to fill with particle/granules/regular solid products. It can be used for pack gummy, snacks, candy, nuts, chocolate balls snacks product and so on. The machine can be combined with the bottling machine, sealing machine the cap pressing machine, the labeling machine and other equipment to compose the assembly line
Filling system includes two filling parts: automatic bottle feeding, filling particle/granules/regular solid products, filling liquid and metal detector. Metal detecting system including alarm function and kick out function. After metal detector, bottle enter into sealing system.
It includes auto caps feeding system and auto capping system
