Application:
The coconut water, coconut milk, and coconut juice production line is designed to process fresh coconuts into high-quality beverages. The production process begins with selecting fresh coconuts, which are thoroughly washed and sorted. The outer shell is then removed, and the coconut water is extracted.
For coconut milk and coconut juice production, the coconut meat is separated from the shell, grated, and blended with water to create the coconut milk or juice. The mixture is then filtered to remove any solid particles.
Depending on the product, additional ingredients such as sugar, stabilizers, and flavors may be added. The liquid is then homogenized to ensure uniform consistency and pasteurized to guarantee safety and extend shelf life.
The final product is filled into various containers such as bottles, pouches, or cartons using cold aseptic filling, depending on the specific product requirements. After filling, the containers are passed through a cooling tunnel to lower the temperature.
Finally, the filled containers are packaged into cartons, shrink wraps, or trays for distribution.
